Can I get faster delivery?
There is currently 3 options for delivery- Royal Mail tracked 24 or Royal Mail tracked 48. Please choose Royal Mail tracked 24 (however this options is not guaranteed). Please bare in mind that this doesn't account for the time that is required for your order to be made. If you need an order faster then the 14 day maximum lead time- please contact me prior to ordering via the contact form, email or Instagram.
Can I collect my order?
There are currently no options to collect your order.
How do I return my order?
All items are made to order, therefor I do not accept returns. However, in the unique circumstance you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me with your reasons and include your order number/ name and the name of the item using the contact form.
Alternatively, email contact@zeelicious.co.uk and I will get back in touch as soon as possible.
I am more than happy to help and I want every customer to be completely satisfied and more than happy with their order.
How log will my order take to be dispatched?
All designs are made to order- meaning these are only made once the order is processed. The time taken to make your order is currently 14 days- this can change during busy times and will be shown in the announcements at the top of the page. For faster orders please contact me prior to placing your order including the date your garment is needed for and the items wanted, along with any other important information via the contact form , email or Instagram.

Bespoke orders
I have an idea of a design I want making - can you do this?
Please contact me using the contact form with as much information as possible on your desired design.

Information on your bespoke design may includes colours, fabrics, photographs
Can I change something on my design? For example- the length, the sleeves, the neckline
Here at Zeelicious I want to make it personal- I am more than happy to tweak my designs to make them more suitable for your style and needs. Please contact me with any changes you would like to make to the design using the contact form, and include the design your are changing. Alternatively, please email-contact@zeelicious.co.uk .
I will do m best to accommodate your requests.
How long will my bespoke order take to be made?
Please fill out the bespoke order form and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
Products
Fabric I wanted for an order is out of stock-when will this return?
if a fabric is shown as out of stock this means it is deadstock fabric. Some fabrics I use are deadstock fabric- meaning they are end of line fabrics wont be made again therefor wont be available to reorder from my supplier once their stock runs out. In this case the fabric wont return to stock and will shortly be removed from m site.
Can I change my fabric after placing an order?
If you change your mind in regards to the fabric used for your order- please contact me using the contact form within 24 hours of ordering. If i have not pre-ordered your fabric specifically for your order or began to make your order , then I am more than happy to change your fabric. Please include your order number, item in question and required fabric to speed up the process.
